Momordica Grosvenori Extract (Lou Han Guo Extract) mainly contains Mogroside VI and Mogroside V, also Siamenoside I etc. but the Mogroside V is a primany ingredient, it can decide the sweetness and quality.
Mogrosides is about 300 times sweeter than cane sugar but lower in calories.
